We are all capable of self-healing because we are in control of our energy which is all around us.

I want to tell you how to practice self-healing in just five minutes every day, because not only it’s so easy and extremely convenient, but it can truly change your life emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

If you feel the need to bring peace back into your mind and body, change your frequency and improve the energy flow, then you need to try self-healing even for a few minutes every day.

I can assure you it will change the way you feel and all the negative energy you’re feeling right now will become just an ugly memory.

1. Focus on Your Breath

Before you do anything else, you need to find a comfortable position to sit in, whether it’s on the floor, on a chair, on the bed or on the sofa.

Find a position where you can truly become aware of your breath and notice it.

You don’t have to change its rhythm.

Just focus on becoming present for a few minutes. By focusing on your breath, you will stop for a short while millions of thoughts which are galloping through your mind.

2. Close Your Eyes and Smile

Yes, smile.

In this next step, you can also bring your palms together as if you were praying.

Or simply close your eyes and smile and just let your hands hang next to your body.

Even if you may not have a reason for smiling, this simple act has a powerful impact on our mood and can change it in just a few seconds.

If you practice self-healing feeling down, then this is the moment when your mood will change by allowing the healing process to happen.

3. Rub Your Palms

Do this for at least 30 seconds. Your palms need to become warm from the friction.

Don’t remove the smile from your face and keep your eyes closed.

Then, hold your palms a few inches away from each other. Now is the time to really acknowledge and feel the energy that’s flowing between your palms.

It’s all you.

4. Play with the Energy

Now is the time to move the energy through your body while keeping your eyes closed. Really focus on that energy you created earlier, so that you can move it to the area of your body where you feel stress or an illness.

You can’t get it wrong here.

If you feel like you’ve lost the healing energy, then you can rub your palms again to warm them up.

Don’t put too much pressure on yourself and just play with the energy. If it helps, try to picture the energy as if it were a string or a light.

Then, continue playing with it by moving the healing energy to different parts of your body, even if they are not distressed.

This will definitely help you practice self-healing and improve the ability to do it.

Focus on what you feel when the energy reaches a certain area of your body. Thank your body for receiving it and tell it that you’re sending only positive vibes.

And to be honest, we can all spare five minutes per day to do this amazing ritual which will help our entire being reach wholeness.
