Whether we want it or not, suffering occurs on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
All suffering is a mental state and it further leads to emotional/mental breakdowns, attracting negativity in your life, and overall, it won’t let you feel happy.
I found that the practice of energy healing can ease suffering and helps human beings regain happiness.
But before I tell how you can use it for this purpose, I need to talk a little bit about why traditional healing methods don’t work.
Temporary Relief vs. Healing
For an energy healing therapy to be effective, you need to address the cause of the suffering and not the symptoms.
The symptoms may reflect on all levels, such as mental, emotional and physical, but the suffering underlies in our mind.
Any sort of pain is telling us that something is not right, and in most cases, it’s related to our energy which is somehow stuck due to emotional or physical trauma.
Now, let’s see how to actually use energy healing to ease suffering and find happiness.
1. Become Aware of Yourself
The first step towards removing suffering is to shift your attention and become aware of yourself.
To do this, you need to focus your eyes on any object in the room. Now, don’t engage with the object, but rest your eyes on it until your eyesight will un-focus.
Then, ask yourself “Are you here?” and let your true self answer “Yes”.
It may take you a while to do this properly, so I’d recommend repeating this exercise at least once per day until you can master it fully.
2. Let Your Mind Speak Up
When you’re becoming aware of yourself, it’s so much easier for issues to be brought to the surface and to acknowledge them for what they are.
The issue that upsets you the most can fall into one of the following categories:
- Physical health
- Emotional health
- Finances
- Life purpose
- Relationships.
You just need to give your mind permission to bring up the issue that’s making you suffer and stopping you from being happy.
3. Pay Attention to How Your Body Reacts
Once your mind has identified the issue, let yourself feel the entire range of perceptions which you experience when you think about it.
Pay close attention to all the sensations you feel in your body. It might be tightness, shakiness, restlessness, numbness or heaviness.
Then, bring your attention to the sensation that is the most powerful. Don’t try to label it as bad or good. All you’re feeling is a pure sensation.
4. Accept the Sensation
Don’t try to dismiss the sensation – it is pure energy and it is made out of you. It is not your enemy. You are sharing the same space, just like a wave in an ocean.
You need to give the sensation permission to arise within us and to go right into the middle. Even if it feels uncomfortable, don’t try to get rid of it.
As you keep on going, more issues and sensations will arise. Embrace those as well.
Be patient with yourself. You don’t have to let go of all the suffering in one session. Turn this into a routine and remember to always send love towards yourself.
All these sensations you’ll be feeling are made out of energy, so you need to let them out in order to be able to heal and find happiness.
Energy Healing Is the Answer
We’re all capable of healing ourselves and reach our maximum human potential. The only thing you need to do is to look deep, deep inside to find the real cause of your suffering.
